MEET THE INSTRUCTORS

Principles Coaching Academy is a high-standard, comprehensive educational program, specially designed for coaches and leaders. It is the first and only Coaching Academy in Greece based on the Three Principles as taught by Syd Banks and it meticulously follows the Core Competencies of the International Coach Federation (ICF). It also has references to the connection of the Three Principles with ancient Greek philosophy (Socrates), to the teachings of Spiritual masters such as Byron Katie and Eckhart Tolle, as well as to new approaches to leadership. It extends to 175 teaching hours in a 10-month term.

It is taught by experienced coaches from all over the world, such as the director of the Academy, Sofia Koutsiana-Kellogg, the first to introduce the Three Principles in Greece, and includes master classes with some of the most prominent mentors of the Three Principles internationally, such as George Pransky, Linda Pransky, and Dicken Bettinger. Each of them brings in their extensive experience in coaching, co-creating a multi-level program in accordance to the highest standards of ICF, aiming at the deep personal development of each participant.

BASIC STRUCTURE OF THE ACADEMY

12o live training hours happening over 8 months
15 hours of asynchronous training including assignments, recorded videos and journaling

10 hours of small group mentoring
5 hours individual mentoring
Written feedback provided for 4 observed coaching sessions

Languages that are going to be used in this program will be Greek and English

The Academy will be held online, through the Zoom platform, at times suitable for professionals (weekends or afternoons)

INSTRUCTORS' PROFILES

SOFIA KOUTSIANA-KELLOGG

ACADEMY DIRECTOR

Sofia is a certified transformative coach, writer, and public speaker. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has been working with individuals and businesses for over a decade. Her training is extensive in a variety of coaching methods and has studied next to some of the most influential coaches and personal development teachers in the world, such as Tony Robbins, Byron Katie, Martha Beck, Michael Neill, Wayne Dyer, Marianne Williamson, George, and Linda Pransky. She is one of the few coaches globally who have completed multiple different certifications (a total of eleven in Academies based in the USA, Canada and England).

Spending eight years as VP of Corporate Affairs and Brand Communication for APIVITA, placed her in a position that gave her deep insight into the nature of the many challenges that organizations and individuals face in the corporate world.

Sofia conducts seminars, workshops, and retreats for individuals and groups throughout Greece and around the world. Her work has benefited people in areas ranging from personal growth to leadership and relationships.

MOLLY GORDON

MASTER CERTIFIED COACH (MCC)

Molly has been an International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach since 2002 and is one of the very few coaches internationally that holds the MCC level of ICF, while she has also served as a member of the ICF credentialing committee for coaches.

She has been on the faculty of the University of Miami coach-training program since 2013 and has mentored coaches around the world. Her 20 years of experience has consisted of extensively coaching entrepreneurs, artists, and independent professionals to master the inner and outer games of growing successful businesses.

In 1993, Molly developed Authentic Promotion, one of the first programs designed specifically to help independent professionals overcome internal barriers to marketing and sales by focusing their attention on values, relationships, and authentic communication.

MARINA GALAN

3 PRINCIPLES COACH & CONSULTANT

Marina is experienced Coach and consultant working with individuals, groups and organizations all over the world with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training & coaching industry. Skilled in Coaching, Executive Coaching, Team Building, Public Speaking, and Leadership Development. Strong community and social services professional graduated from Supercoach Academy.

In the journey to find something that would help people not only improve performance in every area of life, but that would actually help them have a richer and deeper experience of it, she came across a simple yet profound truth about human beings and realized that the main reason why we struggle is that we do not fully understand how our experience of life is created, and therefore have no clear idea of how to improve it.
